ABOUT ROSS

Ross is a Leadership Coach operating from Sydney Australia. His current clients include mid to C level technology leaders, business founders and Sales and PreSales leaders from Germany, UK, China, USA and Australia.

He is a certified Clifton Strengths, GLWS (Leadership Wellness) and IECL organisational coach & ICF member. His coaching approach is informed by a convergence of two significant careers: 20 years in Technology PreSales and Executive Leadership, with 10 years in clinical health sciences.

His leadership and technology sales included both start ups and global enterprise vendor environments. His leadership has included developing teams across Asia, EMEA and the Americas. Ross has worked extensively with solution & value selling using data driven qualification methodologies, solving problems for some of the worlds largest digital experiences. His approach is based on developing teams through combining individual strengths and natural talents to maximise outcomes of the team as a whole.

His earlier career in allied health practices was conducted in medical centres and private practice in New York City and Sydney. He uses this learning about the human condition, developed from more than 7,500 1:1 clinical sessions, to inform his coaching and wellness approach.

In his previous role he was a three times President Club equivalent award winner, twice as an individual contributor and once as the leader of the winning geo team.

Ross lives in Surry Hills in Sydney with his wife and 13yo son. Previously he has lived in New York City for 13 years. He is a keen swimmer, gardener and cook. He is an experienced scuba diver and has also skydived and rafted 200miles of the Grand Canyon. He continues his search for 42.
